Here are all the playable classes in 7th Dragon III: Code VFD.
Rune Knights are mystical knife wielders who can use elemental attacks as well as heal themselves and others, making them a pretty versatile class.
They have an ability called “Knight’s Pride” that deals out massive damage when their health reaches 0. The amount of damage dealt is based upon the amount they received when getting knocked out.
Another ability called “Brave Sword” sacrifices the Knight’s own HP to deal close ranged damage to all nearby enemies.
Mages are obviously magic users that dish out elemental damage to foes. They also have access to some support magic.
A few of their class specific abilities are “Volcando,” that gives enemies an additional burn effect, and “Mana Bullet,” which is a long ranged magic attack that deals damage to all enemies.
Samurais wield katanas and specialize in close range melee attacks. In addition to being strong melee characters, they have good defensive capabilities.
Fortuners specialize in dealing abnormal status effects to enemies. They’re able to amplify the affects through their class abilities.
God Hands are martial artists that have also mastered medicine. Using battle skills adds stacks to their God Depth, which allows them to perform more powerful attacks. They also have countering abilities.
Agents are pistol wielding attackers who have some interesting Rogue-type abilities. They’re able to inflict some status effects on enemies and set traps in battle.
Duelists use mana to summoner monsters and traps from cards. They draw cards each turn so a bit of luck
Vanishers are the strongest physical damage dealers in the game. They utilize explosives that you must keep in supply in order to use their special attacks. They have a close range (“Assault Spear”) and long ranged (“Dragon Buster”) specials that use mana and explosives.
